november ninth: poems written when i was supposed to be working from home is a collection of poems composed in a single day in 2020. Though the institution was closed due to a hurricane, teachers were required to hold classes remotely and complete tasks, despite the possibility of power outages and evacuations.

There are twenty-one poems altogether divided into two
sections. Part One - ‘Reasons to...’ explores the more negative
experiences of life whereas Part Two - ‘Evolve’ navigates positive
life events and includes a wide array of optimistic edges.
